provides IT management services for companies with 5 to 100 employees
in the greater Dallas area. We primarily support Microsoft
environments with limited support for Linux and Mac. We offer non-warranty
hardware troubleshooting and repair services on computers and servers
from Dell, HP,
and Lenovo as
well as software support for all Microsoft operating systems and
a wide variety of computer application software. We recommend and
support networking products from 3Com,
NetGear, HP,
Dell and many others. Specialty services include virus removal and
data recovery from failed hard drives and RAID sets. We also have
ermergency loaner computer equipment preconfigured and ready to
run capable of providing internet access and email services regardless
of the state of your router or ISP.
We offer services at an hourly rate of $70-$90 per hour depending
on payment terms and distance. Travel time to and from the service
location is billed with a 67% discount from standard rate. Minimum
charge is one hour for any onsite service. Minimum charge is fifteen
minutes for any service performed remotely via Remote Desktop. There
is a 25% premium charged for services after 6:00pm on weekdays and
for all weekend hours. Flat rate pricing is available on many installation
services and some data recovery and virus removal services. Contract
customers receive a substantial discount on standard services,
a waiver on after hours and weekend premium charges, and net 30
payment terms after credit verification.
